Shipping Policy
Good news for you is that we DO NOT charge our customers any courier or shipping fees at all. We pay your shipping costs!
Delivery Process
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking code so you can trace your shipment throughout the delivery process. Your order will be delivered exactly to the address provided by you, so please ensure that all address details are accurate.
In some cases, delivery might be delayed due to courier or customs reasons. If that happens, you can contact the courier directly using your tracking code or reach out to us for assistance.
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, inform the courier to reschedule the drop-off at your convenience.
Estimated Time
We aim to deliver every order within 18 to 26 days, depending on product type and customization.
- Standard delivery: 18–26 business days
- Urgent delivery (optional): 10–13 business days with an extra $30 fee
Customized orders may take slightly longer as we only ship once we’re completely satisfied with the product’s quality.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 26 days, you can contact us to request a refund or replacement. Before dispatch, we share a preview image of your finished order for your confirmation.
Our Couriers
For the purpose of security and safety of your order, we use the best and most trusted courier services out there. The companies we mostly dispatch our orders through include DHL, UPS, and FedEx Express.
Damages
If the order turns out damaged upon delivery, you’ll be eligible to ask for a refund. However, you must notify us within two days of receiving your order. Once we get the notification, we will inspect the proof of damage that you would have sent us. After inspection, we will fully refund you, and you’ll be asked to send the product back.
“What If” Scenarios
- If you miss the delivery, you can inform the courier service to attempt delivery again.
- Repeated missed deliveries may result in loss of the item — in that case, Eve Suiting will not be responsible.
- If your order is delayed or missing, contact us within 7 days after dispatch so we can initiate a trace.
- If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately to prevent courier mix-ups.
Please note, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses due to security and tracking limitations.
