Return & Exchange Policy
We value our customers. To us you are the most important. That’s why we follow a customer-friendly, easy 30-day return, refund and exchange policy. When you receive the product we advise you to check it and try it out for the size, design, details of stitching as soon as you get your hands on it. So that you would be able to inform us about any errors and faults quickly after receiving the order. You’ll have 7 days to review the order because after that period we close all our orders and mark them complete. Once you hit us up regarding any faults in the product we will look into the matter and sort things out for you. You will be asked to send a pic of the order and the problems it has. If warranted, you’ll be eligible for a full (or part) refund or an exchange, as you choose.
If you must cancel, we advise you to make the cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. We work in a fast-paced environment and the processing is super quick. Once we receive an order, we send it through to the production dept and there production (cutting, sizing, dyeing, coloring) spurs into action right away. Therefore, if you delay your order cancellation you’ll run the risk of losing part or all of your money.
1) If you cancel 3 days after order placing, we will deduct 35% of your paid amount.
2) If you cancel 5 days after the order placement, you’ll lose 50% of your amount.
3) You cannot cancel after a week has passed on an order and it’s almost ready to be shipped.
If for some reason you changed your mind and now you want a different size, color or design for your order you’ll need to let us know within 24 hours.
Once your order has been sent to production we won’t be able to exchange it.
On the other hand, if you have received your order and now want to exchange it for a different product you’ll be advised to inform us within one week.
We will look into your request, make necessary inspections and approve the exchange.
All you’ll have to do is send the order back to us through your chosen courier, because we can’t foot the shipment bill for any returns and exchanges upon customers’ arbitrary requests.
