You can place an order simply by choosing your desired product on the website and adding it to cart.
Once you’ve added a product to cart, the site will ask you for payment. We accept payments by PayPal, American Express, Mastercard.
There are no hidden or additional costs. You pay a full amount once only.
If you need to modify your order, change size measurements, color, etc. you’ll want to inform us within 24 hours of ordering. You can inform us through email or customer support chat.
Once an order is placed we provide the customer with a tracking number. Through the code the order can be traced on the website or you can contact us directly.
Yes, we ship orders around the world – with the exception of only two countries: Israel and Russia. We also do not ship to APO/FPO, PO box addresses.
Twelve business days minimum (urgent delivery) and twenty five business days maximum.
You can contact the courier and if things were found to have gone on our side, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If there’s a size issue, you can let us know within 24 hours of ordering. If there’s a size issue after you’ve received the order, inform us within a week and we’ll see to it.
If you need to cancel your order, do so within 24 hours after placing the order. Or you’ll lose some or all of your money depending on the number of days that have gone by.
