A 30-day Easy Return Policy
At Eve Suiting, we value our customers above everything else. That’s why we offer a customer-friendly, 30-day return, refund, and exchange policy.
When you receive your product, we recommend that you inspect it carefully and try it on to ensure the correct size, design, and stitching details. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, orders are considered complete and closed.
To report a problem, simply send us a photo of the product along with a short description of the issue. Our team will review your request and resolve it promptly. If the issue is confirmed, you’ll be eligible for either a full or partial refund, or an exchange — whichever you prefer.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please request it within 24 hours of placing the order.
Because our production process begins immediately (cutting, dyeing, and stitching), cancellations after 24 hours may result in partial deductions:
- Cancellation within 3 days: 35% deduction
- Cancellation within 5 days: 50% deduction
- After 7 days (once production nears completion): Cancellation not possible
These steps ensure fairness to both our artisans and customers.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange and return requests only if the product is returned in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping or transportation costs, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom Orders – Return & Alteration Policy
- Perfect Fit Promise: If your custom jacket doesn’t fit, we offer one free alteration.
- Design Approval: Before dispatch, we send you photos of the final jacket for your review.
- Accurate Sizing: We collect your body measurements and provide a sizing guide to avoid fitting errors.
- No Refunds: Custom jackets are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Quality First: Every custom order is handcrafted with care and shipped only after your confirmation.
International Orders
We accept returns and exchanges from all international customers (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia).
