Delivery Process
The process is fairly simple. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched we’ll issue you a tracking code that will help you trace your order throughout the shipping process. The order will be delivered exactly at the address given by you. That means you’ll have to be careful that the address details you’re sharing are error-free and legit. Sometimes an order might get delayed due to any number of reasons. In that case, just get in touch with your courier for details on the shipment date. In case you are not there to receive the shipment you can let the courier service know when you’ll be available to receive it.
Estimated Time
Well, our processing is pretty fast and smooth and we make sure each order is delivered within the time agreed with the customer Usually it takes about 9 days min (and 20 days max) for an order to be shipped. However, bear in mind that the more customized an order the longer it takes to be shipped. Because we don’t send out products unless we’re satisfied with the quality ourselves. If your order is not delivered within 25 days you can ask for a refund. Plus, if you want the order to be delivered urgently you could opt to pay $30 extra and get the shipment within 10 to 13 business days. Before the order is dispatched, a snap of the order with all its details will be shared with you.
Our Couriers
For the purpose of security and safety of your order we use the best and most trusted courier services out there. The companies we mostly dispatch our orders through include DHL, UPS and FedX Express.
Damages
If the order turns out damaged upon delivery you’ll be eligible to ask for a refund. But you’ll have to notify us within two days of receiving your order. Once we get the notification we will inspect the proof of damage that you would have sent us. After inspection we will fully refund you and you’ll be asked to send the product back.
“What If” Scenarios
If the order reached you and you were not there to receive it, you can inform the courier service of your availability and they will deliver again. However, if this happens repeatedly you may lose the product and money, in which case we will not be responsible. If your order is late or went missing, you are advised to let us know within a week after it’s dispatched. So that we can start tracking it and get in touch with relevant authorities. If you ordered more than one product, you can expect to receive them all at the same date. But that’s not always the case. Sometimes, we dispatch orders to the same address with a bit of time gap, to avoid courier mixups.
